On one hand he has a right to feel the way he does and he didn't put the children at harm.
But on the other hand, as a libertarian I believe that a company should have the right to hire and fire as they see fit. Plus as a parent I certainly want my child's bus driver flipping off anyone. He should display professionalism and maturity at all times when he's driving a bus full of children. Despite the image of "Otto" on the Simpsons.
