Surdery scheduled

I have surgery scheduled for the 25th of June. They plan on taking out my right kidney. The tumor is approximately 7cm which is borderline between stage 1 and stage 2 cancer. I have a higher chance of survival if it's still stage 1 but due to my age I still have a good chance even if it's stage 2. The 2 most common places for kidney cancer to spread to is the lungs and liver and both are clear so it looks like they got it before it spread.

We went to Oklahoma City yesterday to go to the VA there. It was in the worst part of town. And the highways in Oklahoma are messed up. The toll roads are a friggin rip off. We stayed at an Econo-lodge in Chandler Oklahoma last night and got back home about 2 or so. It's nice to be home. I'm looking forward to sleeping in my bed again. The beds at the Econo-lodge were hard but the hotel was reasonably clean so it was OK.
