Another failure in the "War on Drugs"

If drugs were legalized this would stop. It would put the criminals out of business. This is the 1920's all over again. Except instead of alcohol and the mafia it's crack and meth and drug cartels. Prohibition was an utter failure yet people are too blind to see that the "War on Drugs" is exactly like it.
