Vacation

We were on vacation last week. It was our 1st "official" vacation since 2001 and the 1st with Tucker. The 1st part of the week we just stayed around home and did some stuff. We played mini-golf and found an indoor inflatable jumping toy place for Tucker here in Ozark.

The last half of the week we went to Chillicothe for Aunt Mary's 70th birthday party. We stayed 3 nights, the 1st night at a really nice hotel that had a pool. Tucker had a blast in the pool. The 2nd and third night we stayed at the Super 8. Kim had used one of those travel websites for a discount on the hotels.

There was no issue at the 1st one but the Super 8 said they couldn't honor the discount. However, when they realized we were NOT gonna be scammed they relented. We would have went to another hotel before we would pay full price there.

The last couple of days I've been trying a "new" medicine and its seeming to help. It eases my pain, doesn't ruin my appetite and doesn't make me a zombie. I'm able to function and actually participate in my son's life. There are major problems with the medicine but I won't go into further detail ;)
