I need to get on here more.

Not much going on here. Tucker decided he'd had enough of wearing diapers so he's been wearing underwear lately. He's had 3 accidents in about a week and one of them was mine and Kim's fault.

That was last night. We were at Wal-Mart(big surprise huh?) and Tucker said he had to go potty. Considering he'd went pee about 15 minutes ago we kinda shrugged it off. Next thing you know he says "I'm pooping". So I rush him to the bathroom and pull down his pants. Luckily it wasn't very much. So I put him on the toilet and he let it go. He said he was done so I told him to bend over so I could clean his little butt.

That's when it happened. I was wiping and I heard "POP". Out of instinct I moved my hand out of the way. Which was lucky on my part. He had projected liquefied rectum hell on the wall and all over the floor. That was nasty. After cleaning that up we asked him if he was done and he said he was. Of course we didn't have any extra clothes or underwear for him so we were hoping he didn't do it again.

On the other side of the store he says "I'm pooping!!!" Well we were ready to go home and we were out of wet wipes so we told him to hold it as best as he could. We hurried up and got out of there. We got home and got him all cleaned up. We also put plenty of wet wipes and an extra pair of undies and pants in Kim's purse.

I take pride in being one of those individuals who likes to be prepared but this one caught me off guard big time. I'm just glad it happened close to home.

It's been a busy week

Last Monday morning we had an ice storm roll through the area. Not a massive one but one big enough to tear up the tree around here. We lost power at 6PM that night and regained it at 3AM the following morning. Had it rained a couple of more hours this would have been a lot more trouble. A tree fell on my car, thankfully it didn't do a lot of damage but it did put a few scratches and small dents in it.

We were pretty well prepared. We all slept in the living room. We had plenty of candles and flashlights. Had the power been out longer we would have fired up the propane heater. We also have a lot of water and some canned goods so I think we would have been OK for a while.

But yesterday and today it has been melting pretty good. We have another winter storm coming through tomorrow but as of right now they don't think it's gonna be a very big one.

So adios for now

Well well well

How about that game? Wow!!! That was good. Unlike last year I'm pleased with the outcome of this one. But regardless of who won I'm glad it was a good game. Blowouts can be a bit boring. Unless of course the Chiefs ever make then I want them to DESTROY the other team.

Other than that nothing new. I have an endoscopy Friday to have a look at my stomach to see if there's any problems. After that I'm sure my surgery will be scheduled soon. I want to get this over with so I can heal up and get on with my life.

So, I'm outta here!!!!! Cya again.

It's a hernia

I got in to see the DR today and it's definitely a hernia. In fact it was visible on my CT scan. I guess they weren't gonna go anything until it bugged me. It's from the incision from my recent kidney surgery. The DR gave me a belt to wear to kinda keep everything in. It definitely makes it feel better. I have an endoscopy next Friday in Joplin to have a look-see.

So, I'm very glad it isn't cancer but regardless this DOES mean another surgery. Kim and I met on February 14th 2001 and this will be my 8th surgery since then. Needless to say this is getting old.

Well piss!!!

I knew that my medical problems weren't over but I was hoping I'd at least get a few weeks rest. The last day or two my stomach has been hurting. Yesterday I was shaving and looked in the mirror and noticed I have a nice big bulge sticking out near my belly button. I called the DR they think that I have a hernia, it feels like it. UGH!!!!

Of course there's that little bit of doubt in my mind that wants to think cancer and I'm sure that will never go away. After you have cancer things are different but I'm not too worried about this. But hernia surgeries are still quite painful so I'm not looking forward to that. I was kinda hoping to get out and do somethings this spring and summer but it looks like I may be recovering from ANOTHER surgery.

Damn
