Hey Y'all

It's me again. I thought I'd get on here and update. Although I don't think anyone actually reads this but who cares. Anyway, Tucker went bowling again last week. He bowled 5 games but threw a fit when we were leaving. He wanted to stay and bowl more. I think he was worn out though. I'm not gonna let him bowl more than 3 games from now on. We're gonna start him in a bumper ball league. It's actually for 4 year olds but the manager of the bowling place is gonna let Tucker bowl because he's extremely focused on this. I guess most 3 year olds get bored after a game.

Other than that just trying to continue healing. I've cut back on my pain pills because the side effects were killing me. I didn't have an appetite and what I did eat went through me as slow as a snail. Pain pills just slow down your whole digestive system. I'm feeling better in one regards but I am hurting a bit more in another. But I have been eating like a teenager lately. I guess because of being on pain pills for so long my body was just starved for nutrients.

I'm also determined to quit smoking. I'm gonna try getting an E-cigar. It gives you the nicotine and a smoke like vapor but without all the chemicals of tobacco. Hopefully that works. I want to live long enough to see my son grow up.

I keep forgetting to do this

Sorry!!! Well I'm healing up from my surgery pretty good. I tried bowling a game yesterday but that was a mistake. My gut hurts and my back is killing me. My guts will heal but my back probably won't so for the unforeseen future I won't be able to bowl. It sucks but there's a lot of things I can't do now that I use to be able to do. It gets frustrating at times. I can't shoot anymore. My back hurts too much for me to deer hunt even if I could shoot. No football, no softball, I doubt I could even golf, not that I'd want to but still. I doubt I'll even be able to get a truck again.

But all of that's OK, at least I'm here. I'd rather be broken and here than dead. At least I get to spend time with Tucker and Kim.

So anyway, as I said I tried bowling yesterday. Well it was the 1st time we took Tucker bowling. He LOVED it. We had the bumpers up but there were a few times he didn't need them. He bowled 3 games and was wanting to bowl more. He's been bugging us since then wanting to know when he gets to go back. LOL

So we're going to KC this weekend. Since the Christmas party at Kim's Aunt Mary's house was snowed out we're meeting this weekend. I really don't feel like going to KC but it'll be good to see family. I just wish they'd all come down here.
