Ya gotta love the race card

http://news.aol.com/article/henry-louis-gates-arrested/579590

It seems from the article that this dipshit Gates went ballistic when asked for ID to prove that he lived there. This seems to me to be a legitimate question. Of course he gets arrested because he's yelling at a cop who's trying to do his job.

Of course he now cries "RACISM" and the city decides to drop charges. There, he breaks the law, he pulls out the race card and nothing happens. I wish society would stand up to these race mongers who think that any time something happens to them it's because of racism. Tell them to STFU!!!

I understand that racism is ugly and I hate it, but it seems the ones who bitch loudest about it are douchebags who think they should get special privileges.

What's with all of the celebrities dying?

We've had Ed McMahon, Farrah Fawcett, Michael Jackson, Billy Mays and I'm sure a couple of more I'm missing. Why can't we have a massive dying off of politicians? That'd be OK.

So anyway, about life. Things are going OK here. July 4th was a bust. Right after it got dark and we started shooting off fireworks it started to rain. Oh well, it's the 1st one that has rained out in a long time. We'll just have more for next year. Things are a bit tight financially but that's usual, Kim's working a lot of overtime. I feel bad for her, I'm hoping things will start straightening out in a couple months. We're not too far from getting the Focus paid off, that'll free up a lot of money.

Tucker is still growing like a weed. I just can't believe how fast he's growing. In some ways it's great to watch your kids grow up but in other ways it's sad. I sometimes miss "baby" Tucker. I certainly don't miss the colicy stage though. That sucked.

My back is about the same. I've been trying some different herbs and stuff to help with the pain but so far nothing has worked. Of course I only tried the legal ones. It just seems strange that I can have methadone, which is highly addictive, has terrible side effects and can kill me if I take too much but if I smoke pot, which isn't physically addicting, has much less side effects and is much safer, I can go to jail. I would hate to leave the Ozarks but it may come to a point someday that I may have to leave so I can move to a place where I can get it w/o risking going to prison.

I have smoked it before and I don't really like it. I always preferred alcohol but I'm getting so tired of being in pain all the time. I take the methadone every day and while it helps, it has terrible side effects. And if I'm having a bad day I can't take too much extra for fear of killing myself.

Well, I'm done bitching for a while. Talk to y'all later.

More words from me

It's July 2nd, today is Kim's birthday. We don't have anything planned but that's OK, she doesn't want to do anything. We are going to my parents for the 4th of July. I love that holiday. I LOVE blowing stuff up.

Other news, Tucker had a terrible case of poison ivy for a while but we finally got that taken care of. He didn't itch too bad but it looked terrible.

Kim's mom had a bunch of her stuff trucked down here. The good news is we have a washer and dryer that work, the bad news is we have a lot of other stuff in this already overstuffed house.

Other than that not much going on. Bye!!!
